NOVI was contracted with Utah Municipal Power Agency (UMPA) to support them to understand the feasibility of a natural gas fired power project to meet its’ capacity and energy needs in 2017, The study defines certain technical and economic parameters for a gas fired project located on NOVI’s site in Utah County near the town of Elberta. Two plant sizes were evaluated, 100 MW and 300 MW.
