NOVI was selected by the Energy Unit of the World Bank to conduct a Procurement Practices Analysis to better understand tendering methods, bid selection criteria, and PAP structures that have been used in the past for Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) projects and other renewable energy projects. Analysis was performed for projects in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, South Africa, and India.
