Under a contract for an industrial facility, NOVI completed a power plant concept to replace their steam supply from a coal-fired cogeneration facility to a 54 MW and 500,000-pound high pressure steam per hour natural gas-fired, Combined Heat and Power plant. The plant is located in Hopewell, Virginia. All generated power would be exported to the PJM grid. The development was sold in 2017.
