NOVI Energy developed a biomass-fueled, 24-30 MW power plant for operation in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with support from local governments, local community, and regional forest products businesses. NOVI established the technical and financial feasibility of the project and is prepared to negotiate an option contract for a site with significant acreage and access to electric transmission lines, highway, railway, and water.

NOVI is currently seeking power offtake contracts for this potential greenfield project.
