NOVI helped the City of Fort Wayne transition operating responsibility for its 35,000-customer electric distribution system to a new contract operator. NOVI staff conducted walk downs, developed electric one-lines for the system when drawings were not available, developed the City’s Request for Proposals package to qualify and select a new contract operator and provided expert opinions to City management.
